-Affected Scope: ALF providing inaccurate responses due to failure to correctly reference linked knowledge.
-Cause: An issue where certain reference information was missing in the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) logic.
-Resolution: Emergency fix and deployment completed after identifying the cause; service has been restored to normal.
