[Scope of Issue] 1. Naver Talk Talk message was not received normally in Channel Talk. 2. Cafe24 Channels have been disconnected for a while. 3. Recordings and STT files of some calls are missing. 4. There was an intermittent failure of other api requests.
[Cause of Issue] There was a problem that some requests were not processed smoothly due to a load on the server that was responsible for finding the address.
The current service is normalized and available. If the problem persists, please let me know. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

[장애 발생 범위] 1. 네이버톡톡 메시지가 채널톡에 정상 수신되지 않았습니다. 2.Cafe24 연동이 잠시 끊어진 채널들이 발생했습니다. 3. 일부 통화의 녹음본, STT 파일이 유실되었습니다. 4. 기타 api 요청이 간헐적으로 실패하는 경우가 발생했습니다.
[장애 원인] 주소를 찾아주는 역할을 하는 서버에 부하가 생겨서 일부 요청들이 원활하게 처리되지 않는 문제가 있었습니다.
현재 서비스는 정상화되어 이용이 가능합니다. 혹시 문제가 지속된다면 말씀부탁드립니다. 다시 한 번 불편을 드려 죄송합니다.
