Our user chat and some parts of our service did not operate well due to a technical problem between 15:15 PM - 15:35 PM(KST)
Our team consider this as a critical problem, especially because the error occurred during operation hours when you need to actively respond to your customers.
From what we have identified so far, the online information of guests (users) was not processed because our back-end DB server which runs on cloud has been stopped for an unknown reason. As a result, we could not load the user chat.
We have tried rebooting our cloud server, but still had difficulties controlling it. Thus, we have set up a new server as a remedy. No data was lost because the error came from temporary storage system.
