Resolved

The temporary issue has been resolved, and the service is now fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

-Incident Time: July 3, 2025, 22:00 ~ July 4, 2025, 01:28 (KST)
-Affected Scope: Desk > Preference > Operator Status
-Cause of Issue: A bug in the deployed code caused managers who were not in "responding" status to be switched to "chatting" status when they left a message in UserChat.
-Resolution: The problematic code was rolled back.

일시적인 문제가 해결되었으며, 현재 서비스는 정상화되어 이용이 가능함을 안내드립니다. 서비스 이용에 불편을 드린 점 사과드립니다.

-장애 발생시간: 2025. 7. 3 22:00 ~ 2025. 7. 4 01:28 (KST)
-장애 발생 범위: 데스크 > 개인 설정 > 오퍼레이터 상태
-장애 원인 : 배포된 코드 상의 버그. 이로 인해 응대중 상태가 아닌 매니저도 유저챗에 채팅을 남긴 경우, 채팅중으로 변경됨
-조치 내용 : 문제가 된 코드를 롤백 처리

- 原因：配布したコードが影響した障害で、対応中の状態でないスタッフも接客チャットにチャットを残した場合、チャット中に変更される
- 対応措置：問題になったコードをロールバックしました。
