영향 범위: 휴일 설정, 운영 여부 수동 변경 시 발생 가능
원인: 운영시간 적용 관련 내부 성능 개선 과정에서의 로직 문제로 인해 운영 시간 자동화가 미적용됨
조치 내용: 2025년 10월 10일 11시 50분 기준 전체 채널 대상으로 운영시간 재계산 및 반영 작업 수행 완료
재발 방지 대책: 재발 가능한 근본적인 원인을 개선하여 조치 완료하였습니다.

Affected Scope: Possible occurrence when configuring holiday settings or manually changing the Chat Operation.
Cause: Due to a logic issue introduced during internal performance optimizations related to applying Chat Operation, the automation was not applied.
Resolution: As of 11:50 on October 10, 2025 (KST), we completed a full recalculation and application of Chat Operation across all channels.
Measures to Prevent Recurrence: We fixed the underlying root cause and implemented safeguards to prevent recurrence.
